Passing Requirement
A minimum passing score of 80% is required to pass the exam.
Once you pass, the system will automatically email your certificate of completion to the email address provided.
State Reporting & License Renewal
Allow 72 hours for our school to officially report your course completion to DBPR/FREC.
You are responsible for providing your correct Florida Sales Associate / Broker License number.
You are responsible for submitting your license renewal payment and verifying that your course hours have been recorded in your DBPR account.
