How to Access Livestream Sessions (BigBlueButton)
Go to ducosquier.com
Click Student Dashboard
Click Student Login
Log in to Canvas using your email address and password.
On your Canvas Dashboard, click your course (example: Sales Associate or Transaction Coordinator).
In the left-hand course menu, click Conferences (BigBlueButton).
Under New Conferences / Upcoming Conferences, locate your scheduled session.
Click Join to enter the livestream classroom.
Camera & Microphone (Optional)
Camera is optional and not required. You may attend class without turning on your camera.
Microphone is also optional—you can select Listen Only when joining.
If you choose to participate by audio, allow your browser access to your microphone when prompted.
Helpful Tips
Use Google Chrome or Firefox (recommended).
Join 10 minutes early to test your audio (use the Echo Test if prompted).
If you don’t see the Join button, refresh the page—your instructor may not have opened the room yet.
If You Have Trouble
Make sure you’re in the correct course and on Conferences.
Close other apps that may be using your microphone (Zoom, Teams), then re-join.
Use Forgot your password on the login page if needed.
